Masterton Site:
Do you enjoy working with kids? Want to be part of a new attraction that is rapidly expanding? We are looking for independent, enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can run our Little Driver site at Queen Elizabeth Park in Masterton.
Key tasks include:
· Setting up the site; loading and unloading toy cars from the storage area to the site location
· Handling cash and eftpos transactions
· Entering attraction use details into the system, and monitoring the attraction use.
· Explaining how to use the attraction to children including giving them safety instructions
· Monitoring the attraction to ensure it is safe for all users, at all times.
· Addressing issues and problems which may arise
· Interacting with children and their parents, and providing promotional information about other Little Driver initiatives.
Hours:
The employment agreement is for a casual basis with the hours of work being 9:30a.m.- 5:30p.m. Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and School Holidays (with a minimum of 40 hours during School Holidays).
Requirements:
No experience is necessary although a history of working with children and/or a demonstrated interest in working with children will be essential. Holding at least a Restricted License and undergoing a Police Check is required. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
Training:
Training will be provided to the idea candidate during August.
